Journal Entry - October 26th:
'Today, our science class watched a documentary on future space colonization. Initially, I thought it was just a fantasy, something out of a science fiction movie. I scoffed at the idea of living on Mars or building cities on asteroids. But the documentary presented a lot of scientific data and actual plans that engineers are working on. It showed how resource depletion on Earth might necessitate such steps, and how advancements in technology are making it more feasible. Now, I find myself not only believing it's possible but also wondering about the social structures and new forms of governance that might emerge in these off-world communities. My perspective has completely shifted from skepticism to thoughtful consideration.'
