Our street, Elm Street, used to be a vibrant place. Kids played outside, neighbors chatted over fences, and there was a real sense of community. Lately, however, things have changed. Many residents have moved away, and new families don't seem to engage as much. There's also a growing issue with unattended pets and uncollected rubbish on certain days. If I were to reflect on this, I'd say we need a 'Neighborhood Revitalization Day' where everyone comes together to clean up, meet new people, and brainstorm ideas for local events. This could truly make a difference.
